This role is ideal for candidates with strong CNC lathe setup experience who can independently operate machines, interpret blueprints, perform inspections, and make programming adjustments. Candidates with full CNC programming experience are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision machined components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications Program and edit CNC lathe programs as needed Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Use measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and indicators Make tool offsets and machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program-related issues Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications 3-5+ years of CNC lathe experience required CNC setup experience required Ability to program or edit CNC lathe programs Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspections Knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and workholding techniques Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of CNC setup and programming experience Experience with multi-axis or live-tool CNC lathes Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Manual dexterity for handling tools, parts, and inspection equipment If you have experience setting up, operating, and programming CNC lathes and are looking for a 1st-shift or 2nd-shift opportunity with competitive pay, we encourage you to apply today. #
