The Day to Day Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas CNC milling machines, including 5-axis equipment Machine complex aerospace parts to tight tolerances and exact specifications Interpret and work from engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits as needed Verify part quality using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, etc.) Maintain consistent quality and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards Identify and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle time and part quality Follow all safety, quality, and shop procedures "Really good at finding you a site to work at.
