Responsibilities:

Independently set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Utilize Mastercam to program or make necessary edits to ensure precision and efficiency. Monitor machine performance and conduct regular inspections to maintain tight tolerances and minimize rework. Navigate Fanuc controllers with ease to troubleshoot and optimize machining cycles. Work closely with the team to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized shop environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist. Candidates with significant, long-term experience are highly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mastercam is required for this role. Extensive familiarity with Fanuc controllers. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
