CNC Machinist II (Mazak / Haas) - Direct Hire Day-One Benefits | 6% 401(k) Match | Weekly Pay | Modern Equipment | Shift Premiums Join a growing, employee-focused manufacturer that invests heavily in modern technology, employee development, and long-term career growth. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Machinists (Setup Level) seeking stability, a positive team environment, and advanced machining equipment. Pay based on experience $28-$32/hr. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machining centers Perform tool changes and offset adjustments Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Edit CNC programs at the machine as needed Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Work independently while supporting team production goals Equipment Mazak CNC Machines (majority of equipment) 5-Axis Machining Centers Haas CNC Machines Bridgeport Mills Honing Equipment Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL)
