Full Job Description CNC Machinist Pay:
Competitive, based on experience
Schedule:
1st or 2nd Shift | 45-55 hours per week We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on machinist who can independently set up machines, make adjustments, troubleshoot machining issues, and edit CNC programs using G&M codes . This is a true machinist-level position , not an operator role. We are looking for someone who understands the machining process and can take ownership of a job from setup through production. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience at the machinist level Strong experience with CNC machine setups Ability to make machine and tooling adjustments to maintain quality and productivity Experience editing CNC programs , including G&M codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds & feeds, workholding, and tooling selection Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate corrections Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned jobs Willingness to work 45-55 hours per week Availability for 1st or 2nd shift Nor Required, but Bonus Experience Experience working in a tool & die shop, tool room, or similar job-shop machining environment is highly desirable. Candidates with a background in tool and die or tool room machining often bring the problem-solving, precision, and hands-on setup skills we're looking for.
