We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd Shift injection molding operation. You'll play a critical role in keeping our equipment safe, reliable, and running—troubleshooting problems, completing repairs, preventing downtime, and helping production stay on track. What You'll Do You'll be one of the people our operation depends on to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems . Diagnose equipment failures and take action to safely return equipment to production. Respond to unscheduled downtime, breakdowns, and repair needs while working to minimize production interruptions. Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before they result in downtime. Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure safe and proper operation . Assist with major equipment repairs, rebuilds, installations, and improvements as needed. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment documentation . Identify and request replacement parts, components, tools, and supplies needed to complete repairs. Document completed maintenance activities and communicate equipment concerns and repair status to the appropriate team members. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Tooling, and other departments to troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, machine guarding, PPE, environmental, and other company safety procedures . Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and performance . What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings a strong combination of technical ability, troubleshooting skills, safety awareness, and reliability .Preferred qualifications include:
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience , preferably working with injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment. Skilled trades, electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or other relevant technical training—or equivalent hands-on experience. Working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, sensors, and mechanical systems . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics, blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals . Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other maintenance equipment. Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team. Ability to prioritize repairs in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A safety-first mindset when troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Injection molding experience is highly valued, but we also want to hear from experienced industrial maintenance professionals with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
