Lathe Machinist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lathe Machinist to join our team and supervise a group of 30-35 CNC Machinists, Operators, and personnel. This position requires overseeing operations on the third shift, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production process. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of 30-35 CNC Machinists, Operators, and personnel during the third shift. Oversee the operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with the operations supervisor to maintain a smooth workflow. Ensure the safety and productivity of the team. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in operations. Background in CNC Machining. Strong skills in supervision and operations management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in CNC and operations management. Why Work Here? The shifts are from 3-11 pm and 11 pm - 7 am, providing a consistent schedule for our team. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Spring Lake, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. There are two different medical plans to choose from. They have medical, dental and vision coverage. You are eligible for the benefits after 30 days on assignment Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Spring Lake,MI.
