Midshift:
12:00 PM•10:30
PM Night Shift:
3:30 PM•2:00
AM Shift Premium:

What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist , you'll play a critical role in producing high‑precision components that meet strict aerospace standards.
You will:
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines with precision Configure machines, load materials, and monitor machining operations Modify programs as needed to optimize performance Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools Identify and troubleshoot machining or process issues Perform routine machine maintenance Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity Mentor and communicate with other operators as needed Consistently work within tight tolerances
What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to identify non‑conforming parts Ability to manufacture job‑specific tooling (e.g., chuck jaws, fixtures) Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and teammates Ability to meet productivity requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to communicate effectively and support other operators
Technical Experience:
