Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various measuring instruments. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. Duties Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to manufacture parts as per engineering drawings. Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance and precision. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure product specifications are met. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Assemble components as needed and ensure proper tooling is utilized throughout the machining process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in operating CNC machinery. Experience with welding techniques is a plus. Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and tooling applications. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
