What You'll Do Build and assemble blow molding machines, equipment, and sub-assemblies Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering and production teams Perform basic maintenance and equipment repairs as needed Operate tools and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) Follow all OSHA, MIOSHA, and company safety standards What We're Looking For Mechanical background or 2+ years of related experience (or technical certification) Experience with large assemblies or industrial equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints and work with metric and inch measurements Basic electrical knowledge and computer skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Why BEKUM?
