• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines (Citizen preferred; Star/Tsugami welcome)
• Load programs & set tooling
• Perform first‑piece verification
• Make offsets/adjustments to hold extremely tight tolerances
• Complete tool changes and wear compensation
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Read/interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Inspect parts using mics, calipers, indicators, comparators, etc.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation ⭐ What We're Looking For
• Hands‑on experience with Swiss CNC machines
• Strong ability to hold tight tolerances
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and Swiss‑style machining
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and use precision measurement tools
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Desire to grow with a quickly expanding company 💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• G‑code / M‑code editing
• Experience with CAM (Mastercam, Esprit, etc.)

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
