Perform manual setup and adjustment of feeders and other tooling equipment to meet production requirements. Execute basic CNC setup codes and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Inspect finished and in-process products using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Record inspection findings and production data accurately in the company database. Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to guide daily machining tasks and ensure correct part specifications. Handle and lift materials and parts weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures within the machine shop. Essential Skills Experience operating CNC machines, including

centers and bar feed lathes. Proficiency in manual setup and adjustment of CNC feeders and tooling equipment. Ability to perform basic CNC setup codes and machine operations. Strong skills in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics for machining tasks. Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the workday. Attention to detail and accuracy when inspecting parts and entering data into a database. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-year CNC-related degree or at least 2 years of experience in CNC operation and manual setup. Any CNC programming experience is a plus. Comfort working with a variety of metal materials in a production environment. Basic computer skills for entering inspection results and production data. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
