Full Job Description CNC Machinist Pay:
$26+/hr. depending on experience
Shift:
M-F 7:00AM-3:30
PM Responsibilities :
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications.
  • Verify existing programs and create or modify CNC programs as needed.
  • Set up machines, including adjusting and changing tooling.
  • Inspect parts during production to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance (e.
g., checking and refilling fluids, monitoring filter status). Required Skills /
Qualifications:
  • CNC Machining degree or certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience setting up, operating, and programming CNC lathe machines (EuroTech preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
  • Strong math and blueprint reading skills.
  • Knowledge of G & M codes, preferably with Mitsubishi controls/programming.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 2-3 hours at a time).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, including loading and unloading parts.
  • Comfortable working with oil and water-based coolants.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
