Job Description

Job Title:
CNC Swiss Machinist Job Description As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you will operate one or two Citizen Swiss Machines to produce aerospace and medical parts. You will be responsible for inspecting parts using basic inspection equipment and performing necessary documentation for ISO audits. Production runs typically range from 100 to 500 parts. You will also perform changeovers from one Swiss machine to another as needed, ensuring all parts meet tight tolerance requirements. Responsibilities Operate Citizen Swiss Machines to produce aerospace and medical parts. Inspect parts using basic inspection equipment and perform ISO audit documentation. Perform changeovers from one Swiss machine to another upon completion of production runs. Monitor machine operations to ensure tight tolerance measurements are maintained. Essential Skills Technical degree and/or 2+ years of professional machining experience. Experience operating CNC Swiss machines. Ability to inspect own parts and read blueprints. Microscope experience. Ability to set up and operate machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Citizen Swiss/Fanuc controlled machines. Ability to fully set up machines for runs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k contribution Health, dental, vision care.
