As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll set up and run advanced CNC milling machines while developing specialized micromachining skills. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills, including: DMG Mori Mill (Siemens Control) Roku-Roku Mill (Fanuc Control) Roku-Roku Robodrill (Fanuc Control) Make program edits directly at the machine using G & M code Perform precision machining and inspection at extremely tight tolerances (+/- 0.0001-0.0002 inches) Use microscopes and advanced quality tools to inspect finished parts Participate in paid training programs to enhance machining capabilities What You Bring Required Skills Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Comfort working in a micromachining environment requiring extreme precision Preferred Qualifications Experience with DMG Mori, Roku-Roku, or Robodrill machines Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced techniques Why This Role Stands Out Company-paid training to build specialized machining skills Work with high-end, custom machines from Japan Clean, organized environment designed for precision work On-site gym and campus-style facility No PPE or steel-toe footwear required due to small, intricate parts Work Environment Work in a highly controlled, exceptionally clean shop focused on precision manufacturing.
