Job Description

Salary:
$25•40 per hour
Reference:
JOB•6003 CNC Machinist•2nd shift
Location:
Stanchfield, MN Shift:
2nd Shift (3pm•11:30pm)
Pay:
$25-40/hour based on experience with $2 shift differential
Essential Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts Program edits and operate machines using Fanuc controls (Mazak experience a plus) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters for new and existing jobs Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks Measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet quality standards Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and dimensional issues to minimize downtime Accurately document production output and inspection results Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards
Qualifications:
3-5 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required) Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) High school diploma or GED required (technical certification preferred) #LP
