Job Description

Job Description Responsible for setup and operating one or more types of computer numeric controlled production equipment for standard and non-standard products. All employees are responsible for contributing to a safe work environment, meeting our quality standards, and striving for 100% on-time delivery of customer orders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Select appropriate settings and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Operate manual machines as required.
  • Use standard inspection tools (ring, plug, micrometers, calipers, bore gages, optical comparator, dial indicator).
  • Upload and edit programs as needed.
  • Perform a variety of tasks.
  • Deburr and inspect parts to drawing
  • Understands and follows established quality and safety standards.
  • Build tools as needed
  • Set tools in machine per set up sheet and program settings

  • Can read G-Codes and M-Codes Mill and Lathe experience
