Strong ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and quality. Demonstrated willingness to learn mechanical and machine-building skills, including assembly techniques, alignment, and basic troubleshooting. Comfort working in a shop environment and around industrial equipment. Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites for equipment installation and support.
