What you'll tackle Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and CNC machines to produce parts to spec. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and detailed job specs to determine the best machining approach. Monitor operations, verify dimensions, and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to ensure consistent quality. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep production on track. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with company protocols. Partner with teammates to identify process improvements and enhance throughput.
