High SchoolResponsibilities Setup & Operation:

Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills to produce complex aerospace components.

Technical Interpretation:

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and written technical directives.

Quality Inspection:

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools including micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers.

Audit & Review:

Inspect machine setups and review inspection reports to ensure total compliance with aerospace standards.

Process Improvement:

Actively participate in initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity.

Safety Compliance:

Maintain a safe working environment by following all established rules and requirements.
