What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of manufacturing. To qualify, you'll need: At least 1 or more years of CNC or manual machinist experience A high school diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of work experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Basic math and problem solving skills The ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper ergonomic procedures. Preferred Skills & Traits While not required, the following characteristics will set you apart:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manual machining tools.
• Exposure to band saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
• Vo-tech training or coursework in machining, welding, auto mechanics, or electrical work.
• Autonomous problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
