Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tooling, machining, and fabrication, with experience in manual lathes and mills.
Duties:
  • Operate manual mills and lathes to fabricate parts according to specifications
  • Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts
  • Work with hand tools to perform cutting, drilling, and shaping operations
  • Maintain and repair machinery as needed
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all machining processes
Qualifications:
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Proficiency in manual machining techniques and tooling operations
  • Basic welding knowledge and skills
  • Ability to operate precision measuring instruments for quality control
  • Competence in using a forklift for material handling tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of operating a milling machine for metalworking applications
  • Experience in fabricating components from various materials
  • Competence in using a forklift for material handling tasks
Requirements:
