Job Description
CNC Machinist Our client is seeking a skilled, versatile CNC Machinist for their team! This full-time, direct-hire role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts Use CAD/CAM software to write new machinery programs when needed Adjust tooling, materials, and machining parameters to achieve required finishes and tolerances Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection instruments Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to improve manufacturing processes Work as part of a team to meet goals Maintain safe and organized work areas while following company procedures Qualifications of the CNC Machinist Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, and Haas preferred Familiarity with CAD/CAM software including MasterCam and SolidCam Working knowledge of GD&T, hydraulics, and pneumatics Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and general machining equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Leadership/supervisory experience preferred Strong time-management skills and reliability Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Pay for this CNC Machinist opportunity depends on experience, ranging from $35-$45/hour.
