The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess the ability to fabricate precision components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including milling machines, to produce high-quality components. Conversationally program directly at Hurco controllers, or using MasterCam Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines. Fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with proficiency in operating CNC machinery. Familiarity with Hurcos is preferred. Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques. Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of MasterCam programming is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
