We accomplish this by fostering an environment that emphasizes personal responsibility, continuous improvement, teamwork, innovation, safety, and growth. 1st Shift Monday - Friday 2nd Shift 10hr days Monday-Thursday +10% Shift Premium CNC Machinist- is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine while maintaining quality and safety standards. Programming with Vertical Mills and Lathes with live tooling a plus. MasterCam experience is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficient in machine operation Loads raw materials and unloads completed parts Required to operate multiple machines simultaneously Performs inspection of own parts and co-worker's work Follows instructions when selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures Uses measurement tools i.e. digital calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments Adjusts tooling & work offsets Performs preventative maintenance on equipment including top-off lubricants Cleaning responsibilities including equipment, chip removal, and work area Follows established procedures as well as quality and safety standards Maintains safe work environment Works under supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

Good working knowledge of trigonometry, geometry, shop math and measuring instruments Journeyman understanding of machine practices Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving skills Motivated and shows willingness to learn Willingness to teach others the machining skills for them to advance and grow Demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude Must have or be willing to build their own tool kit EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE HS
