Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality stamped components
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet precision and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running efficiently
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and reduce waste
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols
Contribute ideas for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives Additional Information Help for Additional Information. Qualifications of the CNC Machinist
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation
Strong understanding of materials, tooling, and machining processes

Experience in a small business or job shop environment is a plus The CNC Machinist works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
