  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality stamped components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet precision and quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and reduce waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation

  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Experience in a small business or job shop environment is a plus The CNC Machinist works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
