Join our dynamic team at Emco Industrial Plastics, a leader in plastic manufacturing and machining. We specialize in delivering high-quality custom plastic parts to our clients across various industries. Position Overview As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision plastic components. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality standards while meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Perform tool changes, adjustments, and setups to meet job requirements. Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality. Conduct inspections using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist. Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC software. Strong understanding of machining processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
