- Program and assist operators with machine setup and operation while following written and verbal machining procedures to ensure safe, efficient production
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, operation sequences, and setup requirements for machining processes
- Collaborate effectively as a team member by maintaining professional communication, cooperation, appearance, regular attendance, and timely completion of assigned duties
Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar machine shop or manufacturing environment production precision parts
- Experience with Fusion 360
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm
- Knowledge of how to run a horizontal mill
