Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

Position Type:

Temp-to-Hire New Logic Research in Minden is currently seeking a Machinist to join their growing team. This position is responsible for programming and operating CNC machining equipment used to support in-house manufacturing of industrial filtration equipment. All machining work is completed for internal production needs only. Job Duties:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machining tools Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Perform machining work to support production and manufacturing needs Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining, programming, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate. Pay increases and advancement opportunities are based on performance.
