As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring precision and quality in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineers and production teams to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for: Setting up and operating CNC mill-turn equipment safely and efficiently. Interpreting engineering drawings, GD& T, and machining specifications with precision. Loading and measuring materials to ensure parts meet stringent dimensional requirements. Diagnosing and resolving machining issues in collaboration with programmers and team members. Maintaining accurate production and inspection documentation. Supporting various shop functions, including manual lathe, EDM, and forging as needed. Training and mentoring other machinists to enhance team performance.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience. Proficiency in using measurement tools and conducting in-process inspections. Strong math, geometry, and blueprint reading skills. Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems preferred. Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Albany, OR, and offers a weekend afternoon shift of 5:30pm•5:30AM with overtime opportunities available.
