- The Opportunity We are building a strong pipeline of CNC Machinists across multiple levels (I, II, III).
- What You Will Do Across all levels,
CNC Machinists:
Operate CNC equipment including HMC, mill-turn, grinders, and balancing machines Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain 6S workplace standards and ensure a clean, organized work area Perform inspections, tool changes, and basic adjustments to ensure product quality Collaborate with engineers, team leaders, and peers to resolve issues and improve processes Salary Range $42,000- $99,000 depending on experience. Salary Range Posting Hourly Rate $ 42,000.00 $ 65,000.00 CNC I $ 20.19 $ 31.25 $ 45,000.00 $ 87,000.00 CNC II $ 21.63 $ 41.83 $ 60,000.00 $ 99,000.00 CNC III $ 28.85 $ 47.60 Machinist I
- Intermediate Learn to operate CNC machines under guidance Follow established procedures and work instructions Support team members while developing core machining skills Participate in training and skill development programs
- Machinist II
- Advanced Independently operate multiple CNC machine types Troubleshoot common machining and process issues Interpret blueprints and perform in-process inspections Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members
- Machinist III
- Expert Expertly operate and troubleshoot complex machining processes Lead root cause analysis and solve advanced technical issues Mentor and train machinists across all levels Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications by
Level Machinist I:
o 0-3 years' experience/ or technical training CNC certification o Basic blueprint reading skillsMachinist II:
o 4-8 years of CNC machining experience o Ability to operate multiple machine types independently o Working knowledge ofG-code/M-code Machinist III:
o 8+ years of CNC machining experience o Advanced troubleshooting and setup expertise o Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability- What Sets You Up for Success Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
