EAST SYRACUSE, New York job type: Permanent salary: $63,000 - 75,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: What You'll Do Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Select proper tooling, fixturing, and machining parameters Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments to improve quality and efficiency Perform machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Mentor and assist less experienced machinists when needed What We're Looking For Minimum 7 years of CNC machining experience setup and operation experience with CNC machining centers Ability to optimize machining processes and improve cycle times Experience editing CNC programs and basic macros troubleshoot and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T High School Diploma or GED qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience

Education:

High School (required) skills: CNC (5 years of experience is preferred)
