Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manual Mill/Lathe Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is responsible for the setup and operation of conventional machining equipment to produce precision aerospace components that meet exact engineering and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual machining skills, experience working with tight tolerances, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Set up and operate manual milling machines, engine lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other conventional machine shop equipment. Machine aerospace components from raw materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty alloys. Interpret blueprints, GD&T, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, height gauges, and other inspection tools. Hold close tolerances and maintain high-quality workmanship in accordance with aerospace standards. Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining methods appropriate for various materials and part geometries. Deburr, polish, and finish parts to required specifications. Follow AS9100, ISO, and company quality procedures.
