Position summary that improves maintenance systems. Reducing downtime by identifying root causes of failures, supporting uptime analysis, and scheduling maintenance activities in a way that aligns with production needs. Sharing expertise by coaching less-experienced team members, acting as an informal technical resource, and helping build a stronger, more capable maintenance team. Improving operations by solving problems, removing manufacturing constraints, and participating actively in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives. Supporting a collaborative culture through clear communication, teamwork with production and support groups, and ongoing personal development aligned with business needs. Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field, or
• A Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience, or Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.

Ability to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices. Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production. A 2-year technical degree in a related field, plus 3 years' experience working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field

Machine Repair Specific:

Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyance systems, CNC equipment, and automation required. Responsible for completing machine layouts and machine installations.

Relevant Experience may include:

Controls Engineering Industrial Automation Robotics Residential or Commercial Electrical Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance Welding and Fabrication Machining Farming and Agricultural work, specifically maintenance and repair of equipment

Compensation:

$2.29 shift premium in addition to base pay. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
