CNC Machinist

What You'll Do Program, set up and operate CNC mills produce high-precision aerospace components Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMM support Optimize feeds, speeds, and tooling for maximum accuracy and efficiency Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with

AS9100/ISO

quality standards Collaborate with other machinists, engineers, and quality teams to solve machining challenges What We're Looking For 5+ years CNC machining experience (aerospace or high-precision preferred) Strong understanding of CAM programming, G-code, tooling, work holding, and setup Ability to hold tight tolerances (±.001" and tighter) Comfortable working with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and superalloys Problem-solver with strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret complex prints and GD&T Experience with GibbsCam, Mastercam or similar CAM systems Willingness to participate in company-wide continuous improvement effort Nice to Have Experience with 5-axis machining Knowledge of AS9100 quality processes Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off & holidays 401(k) with employer match Stable, long-term work in a growing aerospace sector A supportive team where your skills are valued and your ideas matter
