Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM•3:30

PM Night Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM•1:30 AM 15%

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join a growing manufacturing team in Poughkeepsie, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting machining processes to maintain efficient production.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain production Prepare machines for new and existing production runs Read blueprints and produce parts to precise specifications Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring equipment Complete production and quality documentation accurately Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime Perform routine equipment maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts Maintain material identification, traceability, and quality standards throughout production Qualifications & Skills Previous CNC machining experience required Experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC equipment Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, and CMM equipment Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Experience performing machine offsets, tool changes, and setup adjustments Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities High School Diploma or GED required Experience with Mastercam and/or SolidWorks preferred Programming or editing experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join This Opportunity?
