You will play a key role in producing medical implants and instruments by managing the full setup and operation of CNC mill turn equipment, while also ensuring quality through precise part inspection and deburring. Core Responsibilities Manage the independent operation of diverse CNC mill turn equipment Execute all necessary machine setup procedures Ensure machine reliability by performing routine daily maintenance Maintain accurate production records including job travelers and inspection sheets Help uphold quality standards by utilizing the First Piece Log Perform necessary tool adjustments to maintain production flow Execute equipment change-overs and tool sizing to support operational efficiency Configure tooling across all machinery within your designated work area Required Qualifications At least two years of professional CNC machine operation experience Demonstrate high-level proficiency in interpreting technical prints Possess advanced understanding of GD&T principles Proven background in successfully executing CNC setups Contribute to team success by collaborating effectively with colleagues
