About Us:
We are a growing precision manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality components for a variety of industries. Our team values craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join us.
Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document production and quality records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) 1+ years of CNC machining experience Proficiency with G-code and CNC programming is a plus Strong understanding of machining principles and materials Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience with quality inspection tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CAD/CAM software Familiarity with multi-axis machining
