Job Description The position involves operating CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to manufacture parts that meet customer specifications and production standards. Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce parts as per specifications. Set up machines and perform tooling changes efficiently. Complete program edits using G&M codes with precision. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints for manufacturing processes. Work in a job shop environment, focusing on precision over mass production. Maintain tight tolerances of +/- 0.001. Lift up to 50 pounds as required. Essential Skills 1+ years of CNC machining experience. Proficiency in setting up machines and performing tooling changes. Ability to complete program edits using G&M codes. Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Blueprint reading ability. Experience in a job shop environment. Capability to hold tolerances of +/- 0.001. Additional Skills & Qualifications MasterCAM or Solidworks experience is a plus. Experience operating both mill and lathe machines is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with shifts available as follows: 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 10% shift differential, 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM with a 15% shift differential, and 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Voluntary overtime is available on weekends. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Blue Ash, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
