Direct Hire opportunity!
Location:
Canton, OH Pay Rate:
Up to $26.50/hour based on experience
Hours:
Afternoon shift, 2:00PM to 10:00PM, Monday - Friday, with some half days on Saturday as needed Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for changing out cutters on Milling machines. Responsible for turning necks, facing, centering, etc on Lathe machines. Perform all tool changes on machines. Monitor CNC machine operation carefully to uphold close tolerances. Use of Jib cranes and dollies. Dislodge chips and handle chip pusher. Utilize check sheet for preventative maintenance. Check off paperwork associated with each job. Keep area clean, swept, and clear of debris, etc. Skills/Qualifications Previous experience setting up and operating CNC Machines. Must be able to move 50 lbs of material on a regular basis, with occasional 90 lbs of lifting. Must have one year of Manual Lathe experience High school diploma or equivalent Will be subject to pre-employment drug and background screening.
