Job Description
Stark Truss was founded in 1963 and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood components for the construction industry. With over 60 years of experience supplying large multi-family and commercial developments, single family track and custom homes, agricultural buildings. Our construction product line includes roof and floor trusses, wall panels, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), I-joists, glulam posts, pre-built stairs, Stark Lam beams and connector hardware. Stark Truss is currently seeking a machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a background in running a mill, lathe and drill press. The Machinist will thrive under pressure, work efficiently, effectively service and maintain plant equipment and semi-trailers. The ideal candidate must be organized, be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and have the ability to work independently. This position does require standing for 8 hours.
