5-day work week, 8 HR shifts 2nd & 3rd
Shifts:
4-day work week, 10 HR shifts What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC wet or dry milling machines Install and adjust tooling, vises, chucks, collets, and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings Perform first-piece inspections and verify machine setups Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues Make offsets and machine adjustments to maintain tolerances Complete production and quality documentation Support operators and maintain production efficiency Follow safety and housekeeping standards What We're Looking For Previous CNC mill setup experience required Ability to independently perform complete machine setups Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code Blueprint reading experience Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Lift up to 35 lbs regularly Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment #
