We service critical infrastructure components — the kind that keep the power on. Our team is small, skilled, and takes pride in doing precision work that matters. The Job You'll own the repair process from start to finish: incoming inspection with micrometers and measurement tools, print reading, machine setup, babbitt casting in our on-site foundry, precision machining to final dimensions, and non-destructive quality verification before the part ships. No two jobs are exactly alike. Tools and processes you may work with: lathes and general machine shop equipment, CNC machines, welding, flame spraying, and electrical test equipment. Who We're Looking For We hire at multiple levels — from entry level to experienced — so if you have the right attitude and work ethic, we want to talk to you. Experienced (Level I-III): Relevant machining, fabrication, or metalworking background; able to work with minimal supervision.
