Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and edit programs on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and VTLs (3-, 4-, & 5-axis). Read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions to produce precision aerospace components. Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and interpret CMM data to ensure quality standards are met. Perform tooling setup, deburring, troubleshooting, and basic machine adjustments. Document production and quality data in ERP systems while following AS9100, NADCAP, and safety requirements. Communicate effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; CNC training or equivalent experience preferred. CNC machining experience with G & M code knowledge required. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Basic math and trigonometry skills. Manufacturing experience required; aerospace experience preferred. Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls is a plus. Must meet
