Job Description

Role Overview Kodak is seeking a skilled machinist. Expertise in working on Manual Machining Equipment.
Responsibilities:
Read blueprints/drawings to determine specifications and requirements necessary to create a quality work piece. Verify quality of work piece using measuring instruments, such as calipers, gauges, & micrometers. Experience operating one or multiple manual machines including: Lathe, Mill, OD Grinder, ID Grinder, Surface Grinder, or Gear Hob Perform daily maintenance of equipment and maintain a clean working environment.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Know machining concepts related to speeds/feeds as they apply to different material types. Understand the basic features required for setting up a part. Ability to use basic math and understand geometric concepts. Be able to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Overtime and Saturday may be required as workload dictates.
