Job Description

Now hiring Machine Repair Mechanics in Stow. Monday - Friday with available overtime. Weekly pay starting at $24 per hour.
Job Duties:
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc. to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using specialized tools and equipment. Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed. Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and address equipment issues. Maintain an inventory of parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Complete work orders and submit detailed reports to the Maintenance Manager. Communicate effectively with equipment operators and other team members regarding equipment conditions and repairs.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical systems. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
