Monday

• Thursday 7:30 PM to 6:00AM, Friday

• Overtime Pay Rate:

  $20/hr
• $25/hr (depending on experience)

Experience:

Key duties include:

Setup & Operation:

Determine requirements from setup sheets and operate machines on first-piece runs to verify accuracy.

Technical Execution:

Study blueprints and sketches to determine dimensions and tolerances.

Tooling & Materials:

Select, align, and secure fixtures and cutting tools; load/unload raw materials (up to 50 lbs.).

Quality Control:

Use micrometers, height gages, and gage blocks to verify work.

Problem Solving:

Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to resolve machining issues.

Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with GD&T and G&M codes.

Physical Ability:

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift between 10-50 lbs.
