Machinist/Operator

W e are looking for skilled machine operators to join our manufacturing team in Wellington, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining precision grinding machines and various manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components. We are in need of 1st and 2nd shift operators! Responsibilities Operate grinding machines, milling machines, hobb machines and other machining equipment to produce components according to detailed blueprints and specifications Set up and calibrate machinery using tools to ensure accuracy Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and document machine performance Conduct quality control checks Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge Ability to read gauges Experience with machine operating (6 months minimum) Ability to use hand tools effectively and follow safety protocols diligently in a factory environment Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes

1st shift, 10 hour shifts, M-F; 2nd shift, 10 hour shifts,

M-F Pay:

$15-16.20/hr
