Our research and development work, helping customers improve equipment performance, extend component life, and solve unique production issues. What You'll Do As a Manual Machinist, you will operate a variety of manual machining equipment to produce high-quality parts while ensuring all work is completed accurately and within specification. Operate manual mills, manual lathes, and drill presses . Set up and operate manual machining equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications. Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet required tolerances. Make adjustments throughout the machining process as needed. Work with various shop equipment and hand tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Produce quality parts while meeting production requirements. What's In It for You Opportunity to join a winning team! What You Need to Have The Musts 3+ years of manual machining experience. Strong hands-on experience with manual mills and manual lathes . Experience operating drill presses and other shop equipment. Strong understanding of machining tolerances. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Excellent overall manual machining knowledge. Experience independently setting up manual machines. Experience with a variety of shop equipment and tooling. Strong measuring and inspection skills.
